Excitement is mounting at Our Lady Help of Christians primary school, with the launch of the Epping Twilight Markets fast approaching. “The markets are a great initiative, both for the school and the wider community”, said Mr Kevin Turner, Principal of Our Lady Help of Christians.
With the first market just weeks away, Webster's Gourmet Meat Kitchen in Carlingford has signed up to run a hot food stall, offering gourmet sausages sanwiches, burgers and condiments as well as selling their specialist aged beef and Bangalow sweet pork.
Mr. Robert Manning, president of the Epping Twilight Markets Management Committee, today called on the local community to have their say about the Epping Twilight Markets. “These markets will only succeed with the support of the local community”, Mr Manning said.
Mr Robert Manning, president of the Epping Twilight Markets Management Committee today announced that Hornsby Council had provided conditional approval for the Epping Twilight Markets to be held in the grounds of OLHC Primary School in Epping. The markets will run between 5pm and 9pm on the second Friday of every month. The first market is scheduled for Friday 14 September 2007.
Following the great Success of the Annual Epping Christmas Market last year, the 2011 version is scheduled to be held on the 11 th of November 2011 from 5-9pm.
